2. TRADESPERSON EXPECTATIONS

Tradespeople must:

• Communicate honestly and professionally

• Provide accurate information

• Respect homeowner property and privacy

• Comply with UK laws and regulations

• Honour agreed prices and timelines

Tradespeople must not:

• Harass users

• Misuse contact data

• Circumvent the Platform to avoid lead fees

• Submit false credentials or reviews

3. HOMEOWNER EXPECTATIONS

Homeowners must:

• Provide accurate job details

• Respond respectfully

• Not misuse the Platform for free advice

• Not post fraudulent or misleading jobs

4. FRAUD & ABUSE

Zero tolerance for:

• Fake jobs

• Fake reviews

• Harassment

• Spam

• Data scraping

• Payment abuse

5. ENFORCEMENT

Trade Link Network may:

• Issue warnings

• Suspend accounts

• Permanently remove users

Decisions are made at our discretion to protect the Platform.
